Our stuff is about football, but it is about more than a game. It is about our self-made code – with its own rules and idiom and iconography and curiosities – and how it reflects on who we are and how we come together, and what we dream of being. Our stuff is about art, and culture, and belonging. It is about Richmond, but it is about also all fans. It is about barracking, and football’s uncomplicated drama. And it’s about hope – and the promise that one day on that mythical last Saturday of September our Tigers will play among angels and the whole city will know about it.
Our stuff is also a community project. We welcome all voices and contributions. We want to share football stories. We believe the stories from our side of the fence can enrich the lives of players on the other side. We want to be those fans who make a difference. We open our hearts to our team, we let them toy with our emotions, with the trust that each player is selfless in the cause for a greater – shared – success. Our beauty in the game is their unity of vision.
Our stuff can only work if it is shared and nurtured and cared for. We ask for your help. We cannot do this alone.
